Saadet Şen, who has created measurable changes in the lives of tens of thousands of people with techniques that aim to maximize the potential of the person she has successfully applied for 20 years, continues her individual and corporate consultancy under the roof of London-based Sen Consulting Limited, of which she is the founder.
Saadet Sen is a member of the "World Future Society" of the World Futurists Association, and also organizes seminars and speeches on "Talent, Future and Motivation".
She worked as a reporter and newscaster at Ege TV and TRT for many years. She worked in press consultancy and customer relations consultancy in various brands in his field (Vakko, Sofra London, Sunset, Darülaceze Foundation, etc.). She has been the producer and presenter of the program "Mirror" on Olay TV for about 4 years. She taught career management at Süleyman Demirel University. The transformative training she gave in various fields such as Bosch, Tofaş, THY, KIZILAY, Ministry of Youth and Sports, METEKSAN, Çanakkale Seramik, State Theaters, IDO (Istanbul Sea Buses) have been long-term and repeated.
Meetings with large participation held with NGOs, young people they meet at various universities in Turkey, and television programs they make and participate in as guests inspire large audiences about their potential.
She describes herself as a person who is curious about the future and in love with talent.

Some call me "The Motivator ". take what. I wish I could focus strongly on the wealth called human, on the positive in a piece. I wish I could code every moment of life with its desires, excitement and enthusiasm.
Some call me "The Speaker ". Maybe it's because I just said what I believed and didn't put my tongue on what I didn't believe. I don't know if it's the best, I'll tell you the best I know, share it, if anyone asks.
Some say “ Aries ”. They say that the only thing on this planet that is not touched by the evil eye is the mind, nobody likes anybody's mind. That's why I like to coach, the coach asks such a question; finds his passion. That's what excites me.
Some call me "Communication Specialist ". We should develop and improve our communication, not only with ourselves, but also as a society and planet, and if we can, we should structure constructive communication.
Some call me "The Talent Scout ". That would be nice. No power can deter those who do the work in their ability. They don't get tired, they don't even get sick. When you see what they touch, an excitement fills your body (music, movies, clothes, garden, food, home). I am actually a person who descends into space when I see the torch lit by every soul who believes that every creature from birth comes to this planet with a talent and remembers his talent.
“Futurist,” someone says, which is very exciting. (There are a few bakeries, of course!) It's like a journey into the unknown. So is man, with his creation whose boundaries are unknown. Someone who is passionate about structuring, strengthening and enriching his fellow traveler's knowledge to make it productive "sometime in the future"...
“ Entrepreneur, ” some say. For someone who got his first company experience at the age of 20, and the second at the age of 21 (and there's more, stay between us! ), I guess I'm considered experienced(!)
In fact, he believes in humanity, loves equality, trusts talent,
who cares a lot for the uniqueness, curiosity and joy of children,
SOMEONE WHO LOVES THE LABEL-FREE!
